This control will make the form in which it is placed flash.

Methods:

• 'StartFlash' will make the form flash.
• 'StopFlash' will stop the flashing.

Properties:

• Rate. Here you can set how many blinks per second you want.
• ControlhWnd. This is the hWnd of the window that will be affected by the control. It is automatically set to the hWnd of the parent form, but you can set it to any other hWnd.
